Social hierarchy what qualities must the individual have to make it work?

We have heard and acepted this throughout the ages and accross the globe - Some must follow so that others can lead . In every circle there is a pecking order a hieracrchy where some lead What inate qualities must our species have as persons to allow and dictate this situation - From this point it seems we are a highly developed herd/pack animal - So We must be able to believe our leaders are somehow better ? We must accept their social reward is somehow justified at being higher than our own We must accept at some level of our being ------------what other things in order for the herd to continue harmonously ? venus That is not what we are seeing today in the corperate world - There it is who follows the best rocks the boat the least etc - Maybe it is an evolutionary throw back Interesting point I like it
