So many people are ranting about jobs lost to outsourcing to foreign countries. How is Obama stopping that?

What is Obama doing to stop the outsourcing of jobs to other countries? Will Democrats excuse him by saying the GOP is "obstructing" the Democrat majority in both houses of Congress?

1. LOL he cant stop it just like Bush couldnt. But are the Liberal masses willing to admit it?
2. He is going to take away the credits and welfare to help them move there factories out of the USA. He however can not stop them from moving. Just quit giving them money to move.
3. He's putting companies out of business before they can outsource.
4. He's going to stop it by increasing the taxes on the businesses that remain. That *always* works so well...
5. hahaha firstly: it can't be stopped secondly: it won't be stopped and lastly: why would you want to stop it? how do you like the world we're in where technology is advancing rapidly? pretty good eh? the things that we can do and benefit from. well, the increase in outsourcing is due to the the increase in technology because it allows us to do this. so it can't be nor will it be stopped. can you imagine the benefits that outsourcing allows us to do? yes there are downsides of outsourcing: are you worried about the loss of jobs? well think bigger, the advancement in technology will create more industries, or even create more jobs in different industries. no matter how many jobs are lost, new jobs will still be created. let the less economically developed countries have the computer business and the accounting business. other jobs that are related will still form:)
6. Obama does not want to stop outsourcing of Jobs. Obama wants to destroy the U.S as we know it. Destroying the economy is one way to do that.
