We want to start up a cafe together? Business tips?

My friend and I are 16 and we are both in year 11. We would like to set up a cafe together and we have loads of ideas for it, it's really different. But do you have any tips for us to make this a successful business? Thankyou x

1. idea is one thing implementing it is another first, market research - financial planning when you find it feasible of doing contractor to build ur cafe lawyers and accountants to go over the details permits to get from the city, etc marketing human resources - hiring opening well i'm just blabbing go to a library and check out business for dummies, or the sort good luck
