can anybody tell me how to find an entry level Design engineering job?

I have a BS in Biomedical engineering and I am looking for a design engineering job in the medical device industry. I am taking AutoCAD class to be certified but I need some kind of real life experience (an Internship, Volunteer, or an entry level job) to be a design engineer. Please help me locate the right company, website, blog, person...anything.

1. Google engineering design services, and find companies such as this one:- http://www.concurrentdesign.com/ Many of them specialize in medical devices. Then contact them by telephone and offer you services as an intern. Do not speak to the HR department until after you have a job offer.
