Transferring virtual world money?

I have been on both virtual worlds-there and second life but sinced I joined second life I never really go on there anymore. I have a substantial amount of virtual currency still on there and I wanted to get it transferred to second life. Is this possible and if so where would I have to go to transfer my funds?
